| 1 | Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts. |
| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 3 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1. 5 : 3 ( One cement : one & half sand: three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-Foundation ,footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 4 | In walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string cources etc. from top of foundationlevel up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 5 | in suspended floor,roofs, landing and shelves and their support Balconies,Beams,girders,bressumers and contilevers upto floor two level as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below floor to ceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge. |
| 7 | Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. |
| 8 | Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge. |
| 9 | Providing & placing in horizontal layers Filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.Top Layer: Fine sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 03mm to 6mm with uniformity cofficient 2.0 to 3.0 from approved source. |
| 10 | Second Layer : Coursed sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 3mm to 6mm from approved source. |
| 11 | Bottem Layer:- Broken stone screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 50mm to 75mm from approved source. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing stair case (4.0 metre long & 0.35 metre wide) of angle iron fam 4.0 metre long of size 65x65x6mm embedded in cement concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direcrtion of Engineer-in-charge. |
