Deployement/Hiring of JCB/Excavator-cum-loader 0.75 cubic metre buckect capacity @45.00 cubic meter hour loading capacity to be deployed for removal of slips and clearance of side drain etc. including cost of fuel oil lubricant and wages of operating staff . Any repair/breakage during operation will be carried out by the contractor /owner at his own risk. Shifting of machinery from one place to other place will be absolute responsibility of the contractor and no payment will be made for the same . Only actual working hours will be accounted for the payment . Cutting in earth work/ removal of slips in all kinds of soil including loading in Tippers/ Trucks, removal / disposal of the same in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
