| 2 | Providing, laying, Wearing 53 to 22.4mm ( Fifty thee to twenty two point four milimetre) nominal size Grading-3, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 Kn. in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification Clasue 405 as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government time to time. |
| 3 | Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the government. |
| 4 | Providing and applying tack coat with Bitument emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 kg per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer coat cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 . The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying 50mm bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the government. |
| 6 | Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.50% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 and as per the direction and entire specification of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
