Repair/Renovation of 450mm dia. Upadhyay make Sluice valve of main header line at Model Town SPS by carrying out the following works:Safety equipment’s & Scaffolding arrangement’s have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done with proper safety of men & machinery. The same includes leading, unloading & carriage charges etc.

Removing of wheel along from the sluice valve stem. Opening/cutting of all nut bolts/studs of upper dome/Bonnet of sluice valve body, and Gland Plate bolts.

Lifting of bonnet with the help of Hydra/tripod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement to take into safe place in the pump house as per site requirement.

Taking out complete wedge from the Sluice Valve body by lifting with the help of Hydra/tripod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Cleaning of body seat rings of Sluice Valve from inside by chemical solution and polishing by manual arrangement. Cleaning of Sluice Valve wedge facing rings by chemical solution and polishing as required.

Closing of sluice valve from top by providing & fixing of blank flange on the top of sluice valve

Repairing of side grooves of the sluice valve body and side ribs of wedge for smooth functioning of wedge in up and down movement.

Repairing of Spindle holder seat on the wedge by cutting of worn out seat, machining and making of new collar seat on the wedges.

Supply of T bolts (C.S)

Supply of Gasket for bonnet (Rubber IS:638 Type-B)

Supply of Gland Packing

Supply of nut bolts

Cleaning & repairing of SS spindle threads as required by the job

Fixing of complete wedge in Sluice valve body with proper matching of both the seat rings of body & wedge rings along with stem, fixing of bonnet after replacing of gasket & damaged nut bolts/studs with the help of lifting arrangement & manual labour etc. & tightening of nut bolts with spanner, fixing of Gland packing and Gland Plate etc. with the help of manual labour arrangement etc. as required by job.

Complete equipment transportation charges to & fro for T&P items, men & material at site & their handling etc.
