| 4 | Providing, fabricating and fixing a new MS base frame for gearbox and motor using MS channel 100 x 50 x 6 mm, complete with cutting, fitting and proper alignment at site. |
| 5 | Providing, fabricating and installing a new MS agitator arm made of heavy-duty MS pipe of 50 mm OD as per existing design, complete with proper finishing. |
| 6 | Providing and installing a stainless steel centre assembly for agitator movement, including machining, SS fasteners, supporting plates and all required strengthening arrangements. |
| 7 | Providing, fabricating and fixing a stainless steel coupler for proper connection between the gearbox and agitator arm. |
| 8 | Overhauling of gearbox including dismantling, replacement of worm components such as gaskets, bearings, locks, oil seals, nuts and bolts, GM worm wheel, machining of bearing seat on worm shaft, proper lubrication and reassembly at workshop. |
| 9 | Repair, rewinding and vanishing of the motor with replacement of bearings, cooling fan and other necessary components. |
| 10 | Providing and installing starter with new 4 crore x 20 sq. mm cable and completing all electrical wiring and connections. |
| 11 | Installation of gearbox and motor on base frame, including proper alignment to achieve smooth and noiseless functioning of the system. |
| 12 | Supply and provision of nuts, bolts and washers complete in all respects. |
