Trenching in ordinary soil up to depth of 30 cm including Removal and staking of serviceable materials and then disposing of by 50 mtr. and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/ and manure before and after flooding trench with water(excluding cost of imported Earth, sludge or manure).

Rough dressing to the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including Breaking clods.

Providing & laying Selection no. 1 grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and then rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer in charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing and stacking of Calliandra hybrida of height 75-90 cm. with 4-5 branches in bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Ficus panda of height 30-45 cm. with 3-4 branches and healthy foliage in p.bag of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer- in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Name Board made of MS sheet 90X60cm. 1mm thick with frame of MS angle 50X50X6mm to diagonal braces at the back of the sheet of MS flat 40X6mm, total height of the board above ground level 2.40 m, length of legs below ground 0.30m embedded in CC block 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) 30X30X15 cm. including excavation and removal of surplus earth within 50m. lead Applying priming coat of approved steel primer, painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and lettering with enamel paint of approved color (one side) as per drawing / direction of officer in-charge.

Providing and Placing of precast RCC benches (chair hench with back Rest) using Cement Concrete grade M-30 consisting of 2 No. L-Shaped base support of thickness 100 mm having Back: height 1000mm, front height 450mm and Base width 620mm having 5 No. of RCC planks1500x100x50 mm and one number plank of size 1500x200x50mm in the approved colour and shade; The minimum weight of 'MS Reinforcemen bar in the base support will be 3.4 Kg-having 4 Nos. 8 mm día M.S Bar distributed along the section and periphery of the legs with sufficient No. of 4 mm dia MS stirrups. Each base support will have 3 Nos. 12mm dia (2. Nos. 40mm and one number 65 mm long) galvanised coupling nuts welded suitably to the main reinforcement at appropriate locations so as to receive bolts for fixing of seats of concrete planks on base support and 3 holes to received carriage bolts for fixing back rest planks. The minimum weight of MS reinforcement bar in the plank of 200mm wide will be 4.4kg and of 100mm wide 2.9 kg. All the RCC Planks will have 2 holes of 14mm dia at appropriate location, so as to receive 12mm dia galvanized bolts for fixing on the base support. One of the planks of size 1500x100x50mm shall be engraved in the centre at the back with letter SDMC or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge, 2 planks of size 1500x100x50mm-and 1 plank of size 1500x200x50mm will be bolted to coupling nuts provided in the base support on both side with 2 number of 12mm dla and 65mm long galvanized steel CSK bolts and one Eva Washer for each bolt to form a seat;3 planks of size 1500x100x50mm will be bolted to coupling nuts provided in both the base support to form back rest with 6 nos. (Two Nos. In Each Plank) half threaded carriage bolts and nuts of size 165m long and 8mm dia with Eva and steel washers. The holes visible at the back side of the bencli will be sealed with cement mortar after assembling. Side edges of all the planks shall be painted with acrylic bases paint of approved colour and shade and front portion of seating and back rest planks shall be polished to give glossy linist complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
