Supplying and filling of 15W/40 Lub oil for the 1250KVA EA set of existing cummins Engine, for required quantity including transport, labour charges, handling charges, draining and buyback of existing oil, i/c testing and commissioning etc as required (For 1250 KVA EA set #1, #3) (as recommended by the manufacturer)

Providing General oil service for the existing 1250 KVA EA set 2 by providing \\"B\\" check kit comprising of Fuel filter element 2 Nos,Super bypass oil filter element 2 Nos,Lub oil filter 4 Nos,coolant filters 2 Nos,set of \\"O\\" rings,gaskets , rectangular ring,and corrosion inhibitor including removing the old elements replacing with new elements with skilled manpower etc as required

Supply and filling of radiator coolant (CORROSION INHIBITOR) suitable for cummins make EA set etc as reqd.

S/ F of air CLEANER KIT Element of K, QSK and V series suitable for 1250 KVA cummins Engine alternator set containing inner and outer element etc., as required. (For 1250 KVA EA set # 1&3) (Part no: - 3238665)

Replacement of wornout plain hose along with 2Nos of T-bolt clamps in the engine cooling system including removing the existing hose and installing the new hose, checking for the correct fit and securing the hose in place to prevent leaks etc complete as required

Servicing the Radiator of 1250 KVA cummins EA set by Flushing out the old coolant from the radiator by opening the Coolant Drain plug , Cleaning the Radiator Core, by removing top & Bottom Tank,and cleaning by pressure pump ,Flushing the radiator with radiwash liquid as recommended by the manufacturer for removing the sludge deposition inside the radiator and running the engine with no load for 1 hour, after, that filling the radiator with RO water to remove the traces of chemical from inside of the radiator and EA set and running the DG set 2 times on no load for 05 minutes & testing for the leakage from the radiator, draining the RO water from the radiator etc as required (For EA set1)
