Careful removal of damaged roof concrete over the terrace of Mandapa of the temple including disposing the waste away from the monument, cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by site-in-Charge.

Water tightening the terrace by providing brick jelly lime concrete in place of damaged roof concrete (1lime:2Sand:4brick aggregate of size 40mm) to an average depth of 30cm with proper camber including ramming, consolidating etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Providing 20mm thick plastering the top with Lime mortar (1:2) over which laying one course of flat tiles of size 15x15x1.2cm including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Providing stucco lime patch plastering (Base Coat) with Lime Mortar (1:2) 20 mm thick, at damaged locations of the gopuras. Including careful de-plastering of the damaged locations of the gopuras. Including careful and de-plastering damaged and worn out loose plaster of gopuras and cleaning the dead mortar and setting fallen edges if any in bricks pieces including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Finishing the plaster surface with thin layer of fine plastering (6mm) using special hand grinded lime mortar(1:1) paste for punning/ sibara including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on planincluding getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Providing 25 mm thick Cuddapah/Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, with base of cement mortar (1:4) (1cement:4coarse sand) including Cost of material and Conveyance charges etc. all complete as directed by the site in-charge.
