| 11 | Dismantling and removing windows/ ventilators/ shelves/cup boards/AC frames etc including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfasts and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions |
| 12 | Labour charges for dismantling carefully the existing ceiling /partitions with AC sheets, Plywood / Hardboard /wood etc and stacking them for reuse as per deptl.instructions. |
| 13 | Ceiling with 4 mm or more thick non AC plain sheets #E” board of Everest or equivalent screwed on to the underside of frame work already provided including necessary SS screws, wire nails & cost of all materials & scaffolding charges etc. complete as per deptl. instructions. |
| 14 | Supplying and fixing Anjili wood planed and framed work in position To the lines and levels etc. complete as per deptl. instructions. |
| 15 | Providing & fixing in position fully glazed shutters in first class well seasoned Anjili wood & 3 mm thick plain glass, to suit the window frames already fixed with 70 x 30 mm outer frames & one intermediate horizontal and 20 x 12 mm teakwood beadings with necessary brass wire nails including all charges for fixing hardware but excluding cost of hardware etc. complete. |
| 16 | Providing 3 mm thick plain glass for glazed shutters, partition etc. with wooden fillet, putty etc. including dismantling broken glass etc. |
| 17 | Dismantling AC / GI / Tufflite / Aluminium/Zincalum sheet roofing, side cladding etc and depositing the debris away from plant limit within a distance of 150 m. |
| 18 | Dismantling AC/ Aluminium/ Zincalum ridge pieces and clearing away debris from the plant limit. |
| 19 | Roofing/side cladding with AC corrugated/ Semi corrugated sheets 6 mm thick with 7 mm or nearest available dia and suitable length GI Hooks/bolts and nuts,GI and bitumen washers , cutting sheets to required shape/length, providing a minimum overlap of 150 mm at ends including cost of AC sheets and all other materials, scaffolding charges etc complete at all heights. |
