Basic cost for providing Consultancy Services for preparation of Detailed Project Report, Assisting the authority during the bidding process and Construction stage for Development of Multi-Level Car Parking at Chennai Port. Note: 1. The evaluation shall be based on the above Financial Proposal, excluding applicable GST.2. All other charges, taxes etc, not shown here and all insurance premia are considered included in the basic cost.3. The aforesaid professional fees, payable to the Consultant in accordance with the Financial Proposal, shall cover the costs of telephone/fax, photocopying, couriers and postage, collections and deliverables, travelling expense, stationery, costs of support staff and counsel fee, cost of stamping Agreement, cost towards making 10 sets of Deliverables in colour, overheads, etc., No additional charges in respect thereof shall be due or payable. The fees shall be limited to the amounts indicated above and no escalation on any account will be payable on the above amounts. 4. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable Indian laws withholding taxes if any.5. Applicable GST shall be paid by the Authority.
