Sub Head-I HVAC SystemRunning Maintenance and Operation including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of High side & Low side of the Air Conditioning plant and other system / equipment of HVAC installation comprising of all machinery, equipments etc. as per additional condition attached. Details of installations are given in Annexure ‘A’ & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given is Annexure ‘B’. Operation shall be done by deploying 1 no. operator (Grade-I) in each shift of 8 hours round the clock & 1 no. Khallasi in general shift (i.e. 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Comprehensive Maintenance of HVAC Plant Equipment / Cassette complete as required. Details of installations of HVAC plant Equipment / Cassette / Split ACs are given in Annexure-A. Schedule of routine and preventive maintenance is given in Annexure- B & C.

Sub Head-II Split AC, Window type AC & Water Cooler Supplying and charging of R-22/R-410 Gas in the AC units including Pdg & fixing necessary copper piping, capillary tube including pressure testing, leak detecting and commissioning etc, complete required at site. a) 1.5TR Window /2.0 TR Water Cooler storage capacity 150 Ltr
