| 1 | Running Maintenance and Operation of filtration plant with DG set and other accessories of swimming pool of size 50 X 21 Mtr as per detail of installation at Annexure A by deploying following staff :3 Nos. Operator (1 No. in each shift total three shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6AM) and 2 No. Khallasi (one in each shift total of two shift i.e. 9 AM to 5 PM & 10 PM to 6 AM or as and when required ) Details of installation are given in Annexure A & schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given in Annexure B. (The agency shall have to maintain the quality of water in the swimming pool as per requirement of licensing authority i/c supplying & putting of required chemical in main pool and toddler pool for operation and maintenance of the plant). |
| 2 | Removing of filter media, gravels and defective nozzles from the existing pressure filter complete with opening the manhole with the help of buckets, rope and required manpower etc. complete as required. |
| 3 | Painitng of internal portion of existing pressure filter with anti rusted paint after applying anti rusted primer and cleaning the surface with emery paper etc. complete as required. |
| 4 | Supply and replacement umbrella typle nozzles 1/2\\" BSP made out of noryl (Engineering plastic) complete with taplon tape connecting testing etc as required. |
| 5 | Washing seprateing and putting the fresh filter media and gravels in the existing pressure filter complete with closing the manhole with rubber packing nut bolt washer etc as required. |
| 6 | Supply of additional filter media/gravels of different sizes for additional requirement in pressure filter upto desired level etc complete as required. |
| 7 | Chemical cleaning of water body of swimming pool size 850 Sq. mtr. or above including walls, floor, scum channels, overflow channels, fountain and balancing tank of existing swimming pool at with chemical / Sulphuric acid, & other cleaning material i/c dewatering of the pool water and balancing tank cleaning etc as required. |
| 8 | Water filling and filtration of water with the help of existing filtrations plant capacity 80000 gallons/hour both filters for treating the water of swimming pool and dose of chemical required to achieve the result as IS 3328-1993 and there relevant codes. The above chemical also includes the chlorine gas as and when required to make the quality if water as per above standard |
| 9 | Servicing of 20 HP Pump coupled with Motors i/c changing of warnout parts i.e. bearing etc, lubrication of bearing and joints i/c rewinding of motor and connection testing etc complete as required. |
| 10 | Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of doubleflanged sluice valve of rating PN 1.6 with non rising spindle, bronze/gun metal seat, ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and conforming to IS 780 of following sizes as required :150mm dia |
| 11 | Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required :150 mm dia |
