Providing and fixing 8 mm thick toughened glass including necessary scaffolding, cleaning and finishing, etc. complete, as directed by Engineer‑in‑Charge.

Providing and fixing glass partition using 65 mm × 60 mm × 3 to 4 mm thick aluminium section at passage outlet, including arrangement for holding the section, fixing glass with rubber elastic/polythene strips, anchoring pins (if required), etc. complete, as directed by Engineer‑in‑Charge.

Providing and laying Epoxy flooring on open terrace after Brick Bat Coba or any type of waterproofing treatment, including thorough surface preparation to clean and level the surface, application of 2 to 5 mm thick base coat, and 2 to 6 mm thick topcoat of design/shining epoxy flooring, etc. Complete, as directed by Engineer‑in‑Charge.

Providing and fixing in place single leaf glass door for gallery passage of overall size of each leaf 900mm x 2450mm made of 12 mm thick toughened glass. The door will be finished with necessary accessories like patch fitting pivot, floor spring, lock, handle etc. Rate to include cost of heavy-duty floor spring (capacity 120 kg), ss handle of size 450 mm ball bearing hinges, mortise concealed dead lock, door stopper and all required hardware complete, as directed & approved by Engineer‑in‑Charge. (all fitting is Hafele or equivalent)

Providing and applying 500gms/m2 geotextile on top of float finished screed for protection and anti-slip layer to PVC waterproofing membrane with 50mm lap between two rolls. Providing and laying 1.2mm thick synthetic PVC twin coloured (Single layer; sand grey / black), ) membrane manufactured by co- extrusion which had enabled the production of a single layer membrane, each of the two surfaces being a different colour to form a signal layer. Material shall conform to the physical and chemical properties given in the technical specifications. Double seam hot welded at temperature range of 300°C to 350°C, confirming to a pneumatic test at 2 bar pressure (The pressure loss should not exceed 10% over a period of 120 seconds and 20% over 300 seconds) and terminating the ends by mechanical flashing at waterkani and at slab soffit with minimum 100mm lap. Terminating the ends by mechanical means / flashing as advised. (Rate inclusive of material, manpower and equipement.) etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
