Providing, Installation and commissning of Digital Relay (make C&S, Ashide and ABB) in Place of Numerical/Mechanical/Damaged (Burnt) Relay of 11 KV Feeders at 33/11 KV Sub-Stations of EDD Hapur, In the Jurisdiction of ETL-Hapur of ETD-Hapur, Numerical (3O/C+IE/F) should have following technical specification :(i) Current rating : 1A/5A site selectable.(ii) Aux Supply : 24-23 V AC/DC rated (As per IEC).(iii) Draw out with CT shorting.(iv) SCADA compatible with RS 485 Port.(v) Frant LEDs display for following : L1, L2, L3, E Trip for faulty Y phase/Earth, Low set trip, high set trip.(vi) Relay should have minimum 4 DI, 6 DO.(vii) The relay should have cold load pick up, harmonic blocking and CBFP.
