| 1 | a) Preparation of Detailed Project Report for Forest Diversion, Forest Clearance and Environment Clearance if required for Gat No.33 & Gat No.257 Mauje Mhasrul, Tal-& Dist. - Nashik including essential survey with Total station, DGPS Machine as well survey and mapping from TILR, Nashik & Forest departmental authorities , conducting site visits for verification, fixing of boundaries. All required Correspondence, coordination with forest departments authorities ,revenue dept. authorities and local bodies for necessary documentation, certificates and maps for forest land diversion, survey work of subjected land required land for diversion and Compensatory Afforestation if necessary with high configuration dual frequency DGPS machines and creation of KML files, uploading KML files as per SOP given on PARIVESH Portal of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) of Government of India. Carry out Digitalised Forest Atlas verification of the land under proposal (G. No.33 and Gat No. 257 ,Mhasrul, Nashik Tal & Dist. Nashik) , carry out out Satellite Imagery Analysis of the land under proposal (G. No.33 and Gat No. 257 ,Mhasrul, Nashik Tal & Dist. Nashik) and analysis the land under proposal as per Forest Conservation Acts from the documents ,maps collected from various Govt. Depts. like revenue dept. forest dept., TILR, Nashik etc. Submitting proposal on PARIVESH Portal including generating its receipt and acceptance of the same by Nodal Office, M.S. (Nagpur) for its processing. Preparation of Compensatory forest scheme as per guidance from Forest dept. etc. complete at the level of Dy. Conservator of Forest and forwarding detailed project report for proposal with necessary documentations, maps, certificates from Revenue dept., Forest dept. Land Records dept. to Regional CCF, Nashik . Scrutiny, compliance of queries raised and submission of compliance report at PCCF M.S. Nagpur & getting proposal forwarded to the Revenue & Forest department, Govt. of Maharashtra and Compensatory Afforestation Work including Planning, Monitoring forest, documentation for getting non forest or revenue or optional land from revenue dept. of Govt. of Maharashtra including estimating and costing of CA and Net Present Value (NPV) according to forest department schedule of rates, circulars and norms of govt. dept. with necessary documentation, correspondence with revenue department to get non forest or revenue or optional land including survey work of subjected land required land for diversion and Compensatory Afforestation . Arranging & conducting site visit for land under proposal, keeping necessary coordination with forest department, revenue department, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) of Government of India, and other Government departments to get necessary documents regarding subjected proposal. Forwarding proposal to the office of MOEF & CC, Govt. of India from state Govt. and getting their scrutiny done at their various levels at the office of MOEF & CC, Govt. of India. Completion of entire procedure for rejuvenating Stage - I approval to the project from MOEF & CC Govt. of India and submitting necessary documents to project authority including stage - I approval (Central Govt. approves in principle for diverting forest land and Completion of entire procedure for obtaining Stage - II approval to the project from MOEF & CC Govt. of India and submitting necessary documents to project authority. including Stage - II (final) approval from MoEF & CC New Delhi and Maharashtra State forest Dept.1) For Gat No.33 Mauje Mhasrul, Tal-Dist- Nashik2) For Gat No.257 Mauje Mhasrul, Tal-Dist- Nashikb) Tracing and taking out prints and preparing required maps along with forest land acquisition and diversion proposal with required booklets duly bounds in required copies and printing with all materials and Submitting it to forest and Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik with follow up of forest, revenue departments for scrutiny and compliance of it’s queries or remarks if any. At various stages.c) It is necessary to do all needful and required paperwork upto final Clearance of Forest Land , Diversion of forest land from competent authorities like forest department, Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change, Govt. of India . |
| 2 | After receipt of Stage –II or Final Approval for Diversion of Forest land, Forest Clearance including necessary documents and certificates for Diversion of land under proposal to get done the necessary changes on Revenue documents of diversion of land under proposal with correspondence and coordination with Revenue dept. & forest dept. Then submit corrected revenue land records after diversion of forest land for Gat No.33 (area = 20.47 Ha.), Mauje Mhasrul, Gat No.257 (area = 14.31 Ha.), Mauje Mhasrul, dist-Nashik including corrected record of revenue land holder names on Gat No.33, Mauje Mhasrul, Gat No.257, Mauje Mhasrul, dist-Nashik as per authorities of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and removing all names of other rights etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
