| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built floor mounted Air-cooled micro processor controlled Packaged AC unit of 17 TR nominal capacity with 6800 CFM (11550 CMH), 35mm WC static pressure conforming to IS: 8148 - 2018. (Reaffirmed year 2022). The air cooled packaged unit shall be supplied in two portion- indoor and outdoor unit. Indoor unit consist of two individual circuit hermetic sealed scroll compressors of each 8.5 TR +8.5 TR circuits operating on refrigerant R-410A, hydrophilic coated DX-type evaporator, evaporator blower with motor, copper piping, thermostatic expansion valve, driers, micro processor control board, temperature sensor, air filter , etc. Outdoor unit consist of condenser unit each 8.5 TR+8.5 TR capacity to suit copper tube with blue finned condenser coil, fan motor with propeller type fan (aluminium), fan bed , fan guard, isolator switch with internal wiring etc,. The condenser coil shall be fabricated of seamless hard drawn internally grooved copper tubes and aluminium fins (anti corrosive blue fins) of 0.1mm thickness, fins space ranging from 3 to 5 fins per cm, the minimum wall thickness shall be 1.0mm.etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. |

| 3 | Supply and installation of seamless annealed hard drawn copper pipes and fittings like, bends, couplings for R 410A refrigeration system shall be interconnect between indoor and outdoor unit for suction and discharge connections conforming to L type ASTM B-280-03 standards. After completion of the piping installation the system shall be tested with nitrogen at pressure of 31 kg/sq.cm for a period of not less than 8 hours. No measurable drop in pressure should be detected after the pressure reading are adjusted for temperature changes etc., all copper piping complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. |

The blades and frame shall be constructed with minimum 1.6 mm thick Aluminium sheet . It shall be supplied with spring loaded UL stamped fusible link to close fire damper in the event of rise in air temperature . Fire dampers shall be CBRI tested & certified for required rating adainst collapse & frame penetration complete with locking device. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. |

| 25 | Providing and fixing in position of 9 mm thick PVC Gypsum tiles dimension of 600 X 600 mm. The PVC gypsum tiles with white vinyl finish have a surface light reflection. The tiles with polished aluminium foil backing to tiles increases the thermal insulation and provides protective vapour barrier. The PVC gypsum ceiling tiles should noncombustible and provides thermal insulation . Tiles should be mounted on ceiling suspension with galvanized 'T' grid system. Suspension ceiling 'T' grid (G.I) system includes main tee, long cross tee, short cross tee and wall angles. 'T' grid material should be hot dipped galvanized steel strip of size width 24 mm, thickness 0.3 mm. Surface treatment should be spray painted. (Note: Opening for light fixtures, supply air grilles, return air grilles are in contractors’ scope). |
