Distempring of Two coat with oil bound destermper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on declair wall surface to give and even shade with cement, primer on approved brand and manufactures such as Barger J&N Shalimar, Asian Paints after thoroughly brushing the surface from mortar dropping and other foreing maller and also including prepairing the surface even with plaster of paris of approved synthetic material and sand prepaired etc all complete. As in Item No.649 above but for every coat after first coat of subsequent coat. (Chapter No-15 S.I.No. 649+650)
