Operation & Maintenance of Public Toilet Blocks at Targhar Railway Station on NUR Corridor, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai on “Pay & Use” basis with cost of labours, consumable and materials required for maintenance like acid bleaching powder, phenyl, naphthalene balls, soaps and brooms etc. in accordance with the scope of work, as per frequency table, terms and conditions and as directed by the Engineer. Note- All the payable taxes (GST & other) shall be borne by the bidder/operating agency.Bidder has quote their offer above the Estimated Cost of CIDCO per Month as mentioned above in Schedule “A” (Bill of Quantities). If the bidders quoted offer is found lower than Estimated cost, then his offer will not be considered for evaluation and bidder will disqualified from the financial evaluation process.
