Office, Central Store, etc. The job includes:(A) Day-to-day assistance in repairing of pumps, valves, pipelines, water supply fittings, etc.;(B) Daily assistance in dozing of alum & bleaching powder;(C) Day-to-day assistance in shifting of various materials regarding water supply system at Water Treatment Plant and also at other places under CWS jurisdiction, as per requirement;(D) Day-to-day assistance in operation of various valves, as & when required;(E) Day-to-day assistance in operation of various pumps, as & when required;(F) Minor excavation works for repairing pipelines etc., as & when required; and(G) Other allied/ related works.Note:(i) All these jobs are to be carried out by the contractor as per instructions of the department;(ii) The contractor has to deploy trained, experienced, and suitable workers for the job. Shift timings & shift-wise deployment shall be as directed by the department and it may change from time-to-time. Providing leaves to the workers is the responsibility of the contractor and the contractor is also required to deploy suitable substitutes for the work.(iii) Daily attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. Each worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.).(iv) Each worker must be equipped with adequate safety accessories such as washable & reusable face masks (if & when required), gum-boots/ safety shoes, raincoats (depenfing upon season & weather), torchlights (depending upon shift timings), and washable & reusable hand gloves. They shall also be equipped with basic tools & equipment required for the jobs described above, such as phawada, tagadi/ghamela, gaiti, kulhadi, kudali, tools for operating valves, etc. All these accessories & tools are to be provided by the contractor in the rate of this item.(v) Water & electricity required for the work shall be made available by WCL, without any cost to be charged from the contractor. |

The job includes:(A) Daily sweeping & mopping of floors, cleaning of dado with wet cloth, removing spider webs from walls and ceilings, cleaning of doors, windows, & gates with wet cloth, cleaning & dusting of wire mesh, etc.;(B) Daily dusting/ cleaning (with dry or wet cloth as per requirement) of tables, chairs, and other similar furniture items;(C) Daily sweeping & brooming at the locations open to sky;(D) Cleaning of roofs & chhajjas by sweeping & brooming, as & when required;(E) Removing grass, weeds, & minor shrubs, if any, from walls, chhajjas, roofs, etc., as & when required;(F) Daily collection of garbage at designated points and putting it on garbage vehicle of the Colony;(G) Housekeeping jobs such as shifting of various objects etc., as & when required; and(H) Other allied jobs related to sweeping, brooming, cleanliness, & housekeeping.Note:(i) All these jobs are to be carried out by the contractor as per instructions of the department;(ii) The contractor has to deploy 2 trained, experienced, and suitable workers for the job in general shift. However, shift timings can be occasionally changed by the department as per requirement. The weekly rest-days of the workers can be staggered by the department.
