| 2 | Providing and fixing double layer pipe scaffolding for Guniting work, using 50mm pipes & clamps with horizontals and verticals @ 1.5m c/c with suitable bracings. MS platform shall be laid at required level. After completion of work same shall be removed all complete as per the instructions of Engineer in charge. | 3 | Gunniting of RCC Structures at Plant including the cost Material , labour, equipment hire and supervision charges for Guniting, after chipping and removing loose concrete particles, cleaning the surface dust free, Anti corrosive zinc rich primer ReArm Coar ZP mfd by M/s. MYK Arment shall be applied of exposed reinforcement, fixing 60mm X 60mm X 2.8mm welded mesh (or nearby size available in market and applying tack coat of Epoxy bonding agent ReArm bond EBA mfd by M/s. MYK arment. Guniting dry mix shall be (1cement : 4 M. Sand : 1 6mm down aggregate) and average thickness of shotcrete layer shall be 32mm. Water curing shall be provided on treated surface, all complete as per the instructions of Engineer in charge. (Cement will be supplied free of cost by M/s MalabarCement ) |
| 4 | Providing Labour, Equipment hire and supervision charges for chipping and removing loose concrete layer for RCC Colums Jacketting / Encasement from beams and columns, in order to expose the existing reinforcement and cleaning the surface dust free, all complete as per the instructions of Engineers in charge |
| 5 | Providing, cutting, bending, fixing and tying approved grade reinforcement,for RCC Colums Jacketting / Encasement, all complete as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge |
| 6 | Supply and application of anti corrosive zinc rich primer ReArm Coat ZP Mfd by M/s. MYK Arment over the exposed steel reinforcement as per the manufactures specification and as directed by Engineer in charge |
| 7 | Providing and fixing reinforcement to concrete (rebar) using Polyester resin grout ArmGrout HF 66 mfd by M/s. MYK arment, after drilling sufficient holes and cleaning the holes dust free, all complete as per the instructions of Engineer in charge |
| 8 | Supply and application of tack coat of Epoxy bonding agent Rearm Bond EBA mfd by M/s. MYK Arment on Existing concrete surface, after cleaning the surface dust free, all complete as per instruction of Engineer incharge. |
| 9 | Providing & fixing water tight shutters by allowing 60mm clear cover from existing concrete surface with necessary support, for RCC Colums Jacketting / Encasement, all complete as per the instructions of Engineer in charge |
