Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms,spreading and grading to required slope and compacting meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications 94th revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granual Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using RS-1 emulsion @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm including cost,conveyance of material etc complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Providing, laying, bituminus macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggrgate of specified grading premixed with bituminus binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transported to site , laid over a previousely prepared surface with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level & alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled Vibratory & Tendum roller to achive the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing & laying semi dense bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to required grade to proper camber & consolidation with vibratory and tandem rollers to acieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 0f Mosrt&h Specification including hire & running charge etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
