| 1 | Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil in all kinds of soils, soft and hard rocks and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 3 | Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying 30mm(Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 IPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,Grade VG-30 @5.5 (five point five)percent of mixed and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,ensuring required temprature before laying with a hydrostic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Technical specification clause 507 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineerin-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Providing and laying factory made 80mm thick chamfered edge Cement Concerete Paver Block of NTC/ PRIME Crete / NITCO/GICO make in roads or heavy traffic parking etc, of required strength M-40 thickness & size & shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick required compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the fine sand bedding layer roughvibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. | 7 | Providing and laying Design mix cement concrete of M-25 grade,with minimum cement content not less than 400 kg/cubic metre in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 25 mm nominal size graded slim aggregates in proportions as per design min and approval criteria and with use of plastrizers to improve workablity, Laying at site spreading and complied mechinary Niddle vibrator, finishing with required texture slope/Chamber and finishing with required texture for locking of pavers complete and curing , complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge finished in continuous and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 8 | Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board 600 mm (six hundred millmetre) equilateral triangular board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm (one point five millimeter) thick MS Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65mm (sixty five millimeter) width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mmx47mm (Forty seven millimeter into forty seven millimeter) of 12 SWG sheet square tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 (M-fifteen) grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimeter) 600mm (six hundred millimeter) below ground level as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 1700 including painting angle iron post with primer and two coats of epoxy paint and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. | 10 | Providing and Fixing Glow stud of size 100x20 mm (one hunded in to twenty milimetre)made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylretrite) or HIP (High impect polystyrene) or ASB having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens wih abrasion resistant coating as aproved by Engineer-in-Charge. The glow stud shall suported a load of 13635 kg. tsted in accordanc wih ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface sall be 35(+/-5) degree to base. the reflective panels on both side with at least 12 cm (Tewelve centimetre) of refelective area up each side. The Luminance intensisty should be as per the specification and shall be tasted as per described in ASTM I: 809 as reccommended in BS: 873 part 4:1973. The stud shall be fixed to the Road surface usein the adhesive conforming to IS(Indian Standred) as per procedure reccommonded by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials and equipment with all mode of transportation and as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
