| 1 | Earthwork in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining wall, breast wall, culvert, drain and parapets etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiesling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibeted). Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 305.1(Three hundred Five point One) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and its disposal including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material, trimming, filling of unevenness blindages and finishing of the road to specified dimensions. All work of excavation by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosions, damage to hill side, water pollutions etc., and to protect stability of hill side rock. Stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable excavated materials in specified manners to dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost of all cases. |

| 4 | Providing and laying plain cement concrete Grade M- 10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed hard stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundations including form work as per drawings and MORDTechnical Specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. |
| 5 | Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1:20 (One verticle isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7(six hundred fourteen, seven hundred nine, one thousand two hundred four point three point seven) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all lead and lift and other incidentals. |
| 6 | Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401(Four hundred one) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges. |
| 7 | Providing and laying, spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregates of WBM Grading- II i.e.63mm to 45mm (sixty three milimeters to fourty five milimeters) size @ 0.91cum ( point nine one cubic meters) per 10 (ten) square meters upto compacted thickness of 75mm (seventy five milimeters) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening of type B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimeters) @ 0.20 (point two ) cubic meters per ten square meters and binding materials @ 0.060cum ( point zero six cubic meter) per 10 (ten) square meters to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 (Four hundred five) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges. |
| 8 | Providing and laying, spreading by Mechanical means and compacting to 75mm ( seventy five milimeters) compacted thickness stone aggregates of Grading- III, 53mm to 22.5 mm (fifty three milimeters to twenty two point five milimeters) size @ 0.91cum ( point nine one cubic meters) per 10 (ten) square meters to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening of type B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimeters) @ 0.20 (point two zero ) cubic meters per ten square meters to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 (Four hundred five) and entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges. |
| 9 | Providing and applying primer coat of Medium porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 to 1.20 Kg. per square meter using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Five hundred Two) upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lift and other incidental charges. |
| 10 | Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting (RS-1) bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (point two seven five kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared dry and hungry grannular bituminous surface treated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lift and other incidental charges. |
| 11 | Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm ( Thirty milimetres) thick with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 (five point five ) per cent of total weight of mix, agreegate Grading II (thirteen milimetres nominal size) i.e. 13.2 - 10 mm thirty per cent, 10 - 5 mm twenty five per cent, 5 mm and below forty three per cent of volume of agreegate and filler @ 2 per cent of weight of aggregates, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five zero nine) complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.
