| 1 | Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil in all kinds of soils, soft and hard rocks and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD Technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement : two ponint five sand : five graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) in or under water in open foundation of all type of structure like Drains, etcetera including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub soil water) removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths, including cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M-20 (M-Twenty) design mix with cement contents not less than @ 350 kg (three hundered fifty cubic metre) with 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Bed Block, dirt wall and the like etcetera for all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced work as per MORD technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 5 | Providing and laying in position Tor steel/ reinforcement in Super-Structures of TATA TISCON /SAIL/JINDAL-PANTHER/ SHAYAM steel make of thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe 500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work complete as per drawing and MORD 1000 and 1400 including cutting , bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion upto any floor level and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST or other Taxes imposed by the Government. |

| 8 | Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked VECTUS /FINOLAX P.V.C. pipe ( working pressure not less then 4 Kg per sequre cm) Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 9 | Providing and Laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to full height compacted to firm condition completeas per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 10 | Providing and laying Design mix cement concrete of M-25 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 25 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineerin-charge finished in continuous and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. | 11 | Providing and laying for construction of Granular sub base/base 175mm (one hundred seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty – One Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 for grading I material and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
