Consolidation of sub-grade with road rollar including making good the undulation etc width earth or quarry soil etc, and rerolling the sub grade completed as per HPPWD specifications.with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

WBM (Grade-l by manual Means) 90 mm to 45 mm:-Proving & Laying spreading & compacting Stone agreegate of specified sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness handpacking rolling with 3-wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying & brooming stone screening/binding material to fill up the interstics of coarse agregate watering and compacting to the required density grading-1 as per techinical specification 405. with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

WBM (Grade-ll by manual Means) 63 mm to 45 mm:- Proving & Laying spreading & compacting Stone agreegate of specified sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness handpacking rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying & brooming stone screening/binding material to fill up the interstics of coarse agregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-2 as per techinical specification 405. with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing & applying Primer/tack coat with Bitument emulsion (SS-1) On prapered surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @1K/sq.m using mechnical means as per technical specification clause-502. with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm thick on prepared surface in single courses as wearing course composed of spcified size of stone aggregate premixed with bitumenous binder in a mini hot mix plant of 6-10 tonne laying manually to required grade and camber and rolling with power road roller 8-10 tonne and 0 27 cum of graded stone aggregate (for mix seal surfacing) type-B mixed with 14.60 kg of bitumen binder 80/100 grade per 10 sqm of road surfce but excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat as per MOST specification item no 509 with carriage of material labour and equipment to site of work complete with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type-B comparising of thin application of fine aggregate premixed with bitumen binder 80/100 grade @6 8Kg with 0 06Cum of fine aggragate per 10Sqm. Of road surface premixed in minihot mix plant and laying manually of mix materials and rolling with power road roller 8-10tonne capacity complete as per MORTH specification item No 513. with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
