Excavation in foundation & trenches etc.in earth work for pipes up to all depths in all classification of earthwork such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with-in all leads & lifts as per directions of the Engineer Incharge (0.60+ 0.50)/2x0.60x84= 27.72 cum. Excavation do Only 6 % at site = 1.66 Cum

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked API confirming to ISO-3183-2007 relevent codes & specification its equivalent latest with up to date ammendments of following dia with steel grade API-X-42 having wall thickness & per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with up to date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends & other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by Engineer-Incharge. The pipe shall have's zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with up to date ammendments & shall be engraved with API X-42 . The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with up to date ammendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge (Earth work & cost of MS flanges after 100 meter length shall be measured & paid for seperately).

Providing , Welding and Fixing of M.S. Flanges ISI marked conforming to IS : 6392-1971 capable of with standing the test pressure of 1.60 N/mm2 welded on both sides with the pipe complete with nut & 3 mm thcik ferrado gasket . The welding is conforming to IS : 3183-1986. including hydraulic testing at site and painting with anticorreshive pasint in side and outside confirming to relevant specfication . the work shell be done including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge.
