40 mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement .

Repairs to patches of 2.50 Sqm and under 10 to 15 mm thik including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20 metres with cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement 3: sand) (excluding cost of cement).

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade i/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats (Excluding priming coat) on new steel work based surfaces, with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with paint other than white.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surface ( one coat ) to give an even shade after hroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt , remains of loose powered material .

Demolition of pump house slab including all leads and lifts and as per directionof Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced work in foundation footings bases of colums and the like and mass concrete i/c carriage of material upto all lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Placing of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

Ist class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in superstructure in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement morter 1:3 (1 Cement 3:sand ) on rough side or brick masonary /stone masonary/concrete/walls for interior plastering upto floor twoo level i/c internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand).
