Providing non asbestose high impact poly propelene reinforced cement 6 mm corrugated sheets (as per IS 14871) roofing upto any pitch and fixing polymer coated J or L hook,bolts and nuts 8mm dia ,GI plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete excluding the cost of purlins ,rafters and trusses ,corrugated sheets and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in non -asbestose high impact polypropylene reinforced roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and Empdm washer etc.complete.Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges.

Providing and fixing Brass guage non corrodible wire mesh 11 per linear CM and including necessary fittings

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws. Second class Teak wood

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work.

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture Old work (one or more coats)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area beyond 3.00 sqm

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S.laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.80xl.25mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.
