| 2 | Rewinding of there phase squirrel cage including motor of 1400 to 2800 RPM including all necessary material & of the same characteristics As original with required size of super enameled wore ‘E’ class insulation material or testing etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of O&M of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by contractor up to 15 HP. |
| 3 | Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size &material which includes repairing of Bursts & Leakages Pollution control, survey & removal of choking, repairing by digging out suitable size of pit in soft & loose soil/hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof & then refilling of exacted trench/ pit /road should be done properly work includes daily patrolling & repair the leakages within stipulated time & complete maintenance of pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month. |
| 4 | Maintenance & repairing of generators, Iron Jalis, Chain pulleys, inlet & outlet pipes of pumps, pipe bends, coarse screens, panels, cables (from electrical meter to panel, panel to pump), Grider in pump house, guide pipe, pump body cover, impeller, green pipe, pipe joints other miscellaneous mechanical & electrical items related to pump houses etc. with complete material on cost of contractor. |
| 5 | Earth work in excavation in open area, STP, WTP, Pumping station with mechanical means including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, disposal of excavated material lead upto 1000m at suitable site as per as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer.
