Dismantling and opening of spare parts for servicing of water cooled DG set of following capacity coupled with alternator, Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, including cleaning, oiling /greasing, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts,i.e diesel filter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt /fuel pipe/ engine oil pipe /Engine Oil/distilled water etc as required at site and as per manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, reassembling the parts of DG set at position ensuring proper alignment connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.
