Consultancy services for obtaining atleast 3 star rating from GRIHA ADARSH as per GRIHA V. 2019 for one block of single living accommodation for junior sailors in (G+9)=11317.4 Sqm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including supervision for compliance of GRIHA Norms by contractor upto receipt of 3 star GRIHA rating to the proposed building.

Notes for item No 1:- (a) Submission of documents for registration to certification agency GRIHA after the issue of Job/Work Order.(b) Gap Analysis and Feasibility study report and suggestion of improvements/corrections in the MEP/other relevant drawings/documents/BOQ/materials of main contract including financial effect duly worked out the calculations and Rate analysis for subject work for GRIHA star rating (min 3 star) for initiation and approval of DO.(c) Preparation, submission and uploading of all the documents online in accordance with the GRIHA requirements, documentation shall be supported by drawings, test results, equipments catalogues and calculations.(d) Assisting in the selection of equipments and materials.(e) To facilitate the project team for selection of appropriate energy efficient and eco-friendly technologies, equipments and materials for the building eg. lighting system, white goods, water treatment technologies, renewable energy, nontoxic paints, rapidly renewable materials, recycled materials, eco friendly materials, etc.(f) Develop templates for GRIHA calculations to achieve certain points, this includes material related criteria, construction of waste management at site, energy calculation etc. and incl third party energy audit by BEE certified auditor. (g) Conduct solar path analysis for each to achieve the best design (Shading device, Orientation, etc.)

Note for item No 1 (Contd…):- (h) Perform shading analyis for window- wall ratio, glass properties (SHGC) and providing recommendations to meet the compliance of ECBC of 2017.(j) Perform hourly calculations to show that thermal comfort conditions for conitioned as well as non-conditioned areas have been achieved.(k) Perform energy simulation to predict the energy performance of the energy system in the building is less than the bench marked energy performance as prescribed by GRIHA V 2019. (l) Submit ECBC compliance document to show that compliance of mandatory requirement of ECBC are meet.(m) Laisioning and co-ordinating with GRIHA team for registration of project, uploading of relevant documents, responding to queries, observations, modifications and corrections given by GRIHA team within specified time framed and reporting client with latest update.(n) Completion of all documentation requirement and formalities before construction and obtaining pre-certification and certification with GRIHA 3 Star rating. (o) Any other requirement for obtaining GRIHA Certification complete all.

Site Visit1. Four site visits of two GRIHA officials from Delhi to site (kochi )(Travel and Accommodation complete all).2. Six site visits of Consultant firm staff from their office to site (Kochi) (and as per actual).Notes: (i) The Consultant firm has to make arrangement for travel (By Air/Train) of the Griha officials including Boarding and lodging arragements in Hotel and food services at Kochi for the officials at their own cost. The quotes rates are deemed to include this aspect and No extra claim whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard will be entertained at a later stage.(ii) The above site visits may increase as per requirement/Norms of GRIHA Council and based on actual project requirement.The quotes rates are deemed to include this aspect and No extra claim whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard will be entertained at a later stage.
