Note:1. All the prices are to be entered in Indian Rupees ONLY.2. Total Cost (D) will be taken up for selection of L1 bidder.3. Bidder shall decide on the appropriate number and type of resources that are to be deployed to comply with Project Timelines as mentioned in the RFP. The Bidder may provision a requisite number of any type of resources for overseeing, managing and resolving issues encountered during the implementation of the Project.4. The Bidder shall deploy locally available consultant/personnel for on-site support. Various other services may be delivered through remote or online modes. The Bidder shall balance local deployment and remote support to ensure timely and effective performance.5. The Bidder needs to account for all Out-of-Pocket expenses due to Boarding, Lodging and other related items.6. Prices indicated in the schedules shall be inclusive of all taxes, Levies, duties etc. except GST. It is mandatory to provide breakup of all Taxes, Duties and Levies wherever asked for. During the payment stage NSSCDCL reserves the right to ask the Bidder to submit proof of payment against any of the taxes, duties, levies indicated.7. The Bidder shall be deemed to have satisfied itself as to the correctness and sufficiency of the contract price, which shall, except as otherwise provided in the contract, cover all its obligations under the contract.8.
