Supply to spread the heaps of supplied sweet earth/soil within the park area forming mounds with varied elevation of up to 2.5 mtr finished level at the centre. Spreading and mixing of manures, fertilizers and antitermite chemicals etc. in spread soil, dressing, levelling the area with proper slope and landscaping, making the area suitable for grassing and plantation work lift including rough dressing in layers with watering, transported by transport vehicles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & grassing including transportation by providing selection-I grass.Digging and pulverizing of soil up to a depth of 30 cm including removal of weeds, debris and disposal of waste outside the periphery of area meant for lawn making, initial grading and levelling , spreading and mixing of manures, fertilizers, organic meals and antitermite chemicals etc. in pulverized soil, dressing, levelling, landscaping the area with proper slope and making the area suitable for grassing work as per the direction of Engineer incharge. By providing Grass including supplying, transporting, fixing of Grass with all cost of materials, labour manuer T & P complete. Watering evenly in sufficient quantities and moistening the soil up to a depth of 5-6 cm for 60 days on the newly planted grass by hose pipes, Weeding out of the weed growths of the newly planted grass lawn by removing all kind of weeds for 60 days (once in every 15 days ) with the help of suitable tools as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made cement concrete kerb stone for protection laying paver with concrete base & cement mortor joints including primming andyellow white colouring on footpath,parks,lawns,drive ways or parking etc.including cost of all materials,labour,royalties,conveyance etc,complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
