Following works are to be carried out for the work of supply & replacement of damaged Magnetic Oil level Gauge (MOLG) of 63 MVA T/Fs ( Aditya Make) at 132 KV S/S SGPGI, 132 KV S/S Martinpurva & 132 KV S/S TRT along with all cost of men, materials, misc. consumables, crane/hydra, normal & special T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of work as per technical specification & direction of JE/AE as per details below:-

Safe carriage of oil tank 2 KL including loading, unloading from available at any substation to SGPGI &martinpurva and after work completion returned to the owner substation from where it had been brought (including laoding & unloading) approx. 50 KM.

Complete drain out of transformer oil from conservator tank and filling in empty oil drums/ 2 KL oil tank

Centrifuging of Transformer oil in oil storage tank, un-interrupted till the desired BDV & PPM value of oil is achieved then filling & topping up of the centrifuged T/F oil in Conservator tank as per standard procedure to maintain required oil level in the transformer and attending the oil leakage in conservator tank if any, with all cost of centrifuging machine, CFM operator, Lubricant etc.
