Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.(including cost of Bitumin)

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bitumenous Surface). (including Cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying Microsurfacing course comprising of dry fine aggregate/graded stone chipping confirming to type-II grading (6 to 8 mm) of MORT&H table 500-31, polymer modified cationic microsurfacing grade bitumen emulsion ordinary portland cement, chemical additives and water as per MORT&H-514 propotioning and mixing in a slurry seal machine with capacity of minimum 3000 ltrs of emulsion tank, two separate cement Bins, water tank of 3000 ltrs and aggregate Bin of minimum 10 cum capacity, cleaning, mixing and laying at site all complete as per the specifications and directions of the Engineer in charge.(including cost of Bitumin) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
