Replacement of defective ratchet and pawl assembly of 132kv lakhimpur-oyal bay CB at 132 KV S/s Lakhimpur. The work includes taking out defective ratchet by removing the closing spring with the help of fixture plate and other associated tools, removing of big and small pawls and defective bearing from mechanism assembly. Fixing of bearing ratchet assembly, block bolt, big and small pawls along with torsion springs. Removing of fixture tool from mechanism. Charging of closing spring manually as well as electrically, ON/OFF operation of CB from local and remote. The materials/spares shall be supplied by the department.
