Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal Monoblock pump set conforming to IS 9079 , 2 pole motor operating at synchronised speed of 3000 RPM with requisite MOC impeller, priming funnel, cock, suitable flanges at suction and delivery side. Pump shall have common shaft for pump and motor. Motor shall be suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply. Motor shall be TEFC type and Pump set shall be suitable for working at various discharge and head requirements as per scope of work. Pump shall be erected on C.C. foundation / cross channels / RSJ frame block with suitable foundation bolts grouted in C.C. foundation block etc. complete in all respect as per specification, scope of work and direction of Engineer in Charge of following power rating, suitable for prescribed duty conditions mentioned in TD.9.3 KW (12.5 HP)

Providing and fixing of flanged/ plain ended MS Specials made from MS sheet strips of relevant IS specification of approved thickness by welding, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position at all level/ depths in trenches complete including all taxes, material, labour, inside lining, outside coating, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Unarmoured / Armoured copper cable of 1.1 KV grade as per PWD specification for electrical Works in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench with filling of excavated earth in trench , on existing cable trays or on surface etc. including making necessary connection, testing etc. as required ofsize and as per points (a), (b), (c), mentioned below:-(a) Copper conductor of electrlytic grade copper, purity>99.97 % ISI marked as per IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I(b) conductor shall made of copper rods confirming toIs613-1964,IS 3975-1999 for armouring of cables inarmoured cable items , IS5831 for sheath, IS 10810 (Part0 to 64 ) for testing procedures(c) OEM Must have ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications & its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables .
