| 1 | Taking down unserviceable defective distribution transformer/power transformer of capacity 400 KVA and above upto 500 KVA (out door/Indoor type) from the existing site located in cantonment area after disconnecting the in/out connection, lifting with the help of suitable cranes etc, and transporting the transformers to workshop/factory with suitable vehicles for repairs,testing and transporting the same back after repairs and installing, hoisting of transformers on two/four pole structure/plinth at height not less than 3 metre, making all electric connections with HT/LT side jumpers and leads including earth connections etc and testing, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 3 | All as per item No 01 here-in-before but 75 KVA to 125 KVA.Notes : for items 1 to 3 above :- (a) Oil container for collecting old transformer oil will be arranged by the contractor. (b) T&P such as chain pulley ,crane for loading, unloading ,trasporting and for installing and hoisting shall also be arranged by the contractor. |
| 4 | M & L for opening the top of defective transformer of any make and capacity 400 KVA to 500 KVA removing gasket and lifting up the core assembly carefully to check the condition of transformer for repairs, dismantling core lamination to the extent required for taking out defective/ unserviceable coil for check after disconnecting all connections and re-assembling of core lamination to original position after positioning of existing serviceable coil alongwith new coils carefully to check the condition of transformer to ascertain the repairs/replacement of items for repair including cleaning the tank, removing sludge, dirt cleaning the coils of limbs, re-fixing the core assembly and reassembling of transformer after repairs including zinc chromate paint inside , rewriting MES number & SM number with white paint, replacement of nuts bolts with washers, thimbles etc and connections with aluminium strip and including welding, denting etc and testing the transformer at factory/workshop . |

| 6 | All as per item No 04 here-in-before but 75 KVA to 125 KVA.Notes : for items 4 to 6 above :- (a) The payments of new coils and other parts to be replaced shall be made as supply only under items here-in-before, cost of fixing these items is included in item No 4 to 6. (b) Cost of dehydration of transformer oil is not included under these items. |
| 7 | Supply only HT/ LT coil DPC aluminium wire /strip of existing size(gauge),grade and in weight complete with insulating material for transformers of capacity 75 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as directed and as specified. NOTE : Fixing charges of formed coil included in unit rate under Item 04 to 06 above. |
| 8 | Supply only HT/LT coil DPC copper winding strip of existing size (gauge), grade and in weight complete with insulating material for transformers of capacity 75 KVA to 500 KVA, complete all as directed and as specified. | 18 | Top up with fresh new transformer oil in transformers in-situ and for newly rewinded transformer after filtration/dehydration with minimum dielectric strength of 60 KV complete all as directed and as specified. |
| 19 | Dehydration/filtration of transformers oil of existing transformers (out door/Indoor, step up/step down), at site by means of oil dehydration machine having arrangement for heating to remove the moisture silt/sludge and wastage removing arrangement etc to make the oil fit for use in accordance with IS-1886 to achieve minimum dielectric strength of 60 KV by continuous process of dehydration complete including testing all as directed and as specified. (Testing machine shall be arranged by the contactor) Note -(a) Electricity for running dehydration machine & testing, shall be provided by the department free of cost.(a) Any damage caused to transformer during dehydration/filtration shall be responsibility of the contactor. |
| 20 | Cleaning sprinkled transformer oil, grease and all other foreign materials from external surfaces of transformers of capacity 75 KVA to 200 KVA and preparing the surface to receive paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) including writing MES number and SM number with white paint over black base in letters not less than 10 cms in height complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE :- Painting shall be carried out at site. |
| 21 | All as per item No 20 here in before but transformers of 250 KVA to 500 KVA capacity. |
| 22 | Supply only off load tap changing assembly with 7.5 tapping at the rate +/- 2.5 percent stepping including making connections and testing complete for transformers of capacity 75 KVA to 315 KVA complete all as directed and as specified. |
| 23 | All as per item No 22 here-in-before but for transformers of capacity 400 KVA to 500 KVA. |
| 24 | Supply only CRGO silicon core as per existing thickness, size & design for transformer 75 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified. |
| 25 | Opening the top of existing transformer at site of any make and capacity (at site) 75 KVA to 160 KVA, drainage of oil, stopage of leakage ,change of gasket, oil rings, nuts, bolts & washers ,carefully re-fixing/refilling oil including replacement of gasket, oil rings, nuts bolts and washer complete all as directed and as specified. |
