Routine servicing & maintenance of 30 KVA D.G. Set with AMF panel installed in Judicial Achieves, Plot No.841, Industrial Area Phase-II, Chandigarh. The DG set shall have to be tested twice a month or whenever required by the qualified and experienced staff. The job includes the cost of testing, cleaning, checking of battery, oil filters, battery leads, temperature gauge, air filter, engine oil, fuel filter, greasing of parts and other minor repair for proper working of the DG set including the cost of all the petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The other major components will be paid extra as required at site on actual work done basis.

Service of 30 KVA D.G. Set of Kirloskar make including changing of following parts. The job includes the cost of supply, erection & filling of the following parts and other, petty material like o-rings, gaskets, cleaning of filter housing by scratching, cleaning with diesel oil etc. to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (As per complete item no. 2 of the DNIT)

Supply and filling of Engine oil 20w-40 grade suitable for existing 30 KVA D.G. set. It includes all labour and petty material required to complete the job. The Engine oil should be Valvoline/ Castrol make only.

Supply and fixing of all the burntout cables fixed in the AMF panel. The job includes the cost of testing of AMF connections of each part, fault finding for malfunctioning of the AMF panel, dismantling of all the defective cables, thimbles, connectors etc. fixing of all the new cables with 2.5 sq.mm copper single core cable pressing of all the cables, fixing of different sizes of thimbles as per the site requirement, testing the function of the AMF panel on manual/ auto mode of operation of DG Set.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of batteries of the following capacities after dismantling the old / defective batteries from the site. The job includes the cost of making connection of new battery with suitable rating copper wire, thimbles & any other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The batteries should be of Exide / Amaron / Tata Green / Panasonic make only.

Sealed Maintenance free battery 12 V 150 AH capacity

Providing and fixing battery charger 12 Volt capacity of Teknika/ NHP make. The job includes dismantling of all the cables from the battery charger. The job also includes fixing of new battery charger and giving all necessary electrical connections to the batteries.

Supply & erection of 85 Amp. 4 Pole power contactor with 2 Nos. NO-NC Auxiliary Contact. The job includes the cost of old burntout contactor from the AMF panel by removing all electrical cables i.e. incoming and outgoing supply. The job also includes the fixing of new contactor in the AMF panel and checking on load. The job includes the cost of all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The contactor shall be Schneider/ Siemens/ Legrand make only.
