1Cutting of different size gaurders at regional store (RS joist size 100X200) including making availability of welding machine, DA & Oxygen cylinders at Regional Store. length11 feet (01 no. length 6 feet (01 no.) and loading with transporting.
2Site preparation including removing of unwanted material from the periphery of platform.
3Lifting of platform & taking out loadcell.
4Opening and removing of 16 mm top plates.
5Cutting of damaged guarder and seperat from all joit from guarder (all five corner).
6Fabrication of raw guarder collected from Regional Store as per shape and size of separated guarder and welding of points. (all five corner)
7Placement of top plate and fitting of loadcell.
8Testing of weighbridge through test weights.
9To site (to & fro).
