| 2 | Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory, windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position: 1st class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows i/c bright 2nd class deodar wood 40mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | 20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks wall finished with floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:6 (1: cement:6 snad) complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | 6 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand in roof slabs.with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matt finish to the surface complete. |
| 7 | Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primeras per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts. |
| 8 | Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping with animal paint other then white and as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts. |
| 9 | Painting one costs (excluding priming cost on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts. |
| 10 | Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting ,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 11 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement: 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads & lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge |
| 12 | Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Providing and fixing 19 mm water proof commercial board in shelves /boxes for cup boards with butt joints and fixing with nails/ screws etc. complete in all respectwith in all lead & lift to the entire statisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge |
| 14 | Providing and fixing vaneered decorative plywood lining with decorative surface on one face with butt jointing and nails 4 mm thick. complete in all respectwith in all lead & lift to the entire statisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge |
