Making Arrangement of all required safety equipments i.e. safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, safety shoes etc.) as per site requirement, for safety of man power during execution of work as the work is to be carry out inside the deep filter beds.

Making the temporary plate farm for men and material to execution the work as the work will be inside on the deep filter beds.

Holding the existing Air valves during execution of work by making fabricated temporary arrangement to hold the Air valves from the top of platforms, cutting of old damaged nut bolts and fasteners with the help of gas cutting set, it includes manual labour as per site requirement.

Cleaning and repairing of operation /head stock mechanism assembly i/c the cost of minor repairing and T&P etc.

Fabrication the fabricated angle iron bracket with 8 mm thick plate as per sample as per site requirement.

Cheeping the RCC with required equipment like power hammer chisel etc.

Cast the RCC block for with foundation bolts for fixing the M.S. bracket as per site requirement.

Assemble the complete platform assembly with required fasteners and nut bolts as required as per site requirement.

Testing commissioning the same after complete in all respect.

Painting the complete structure as per direction of engineer in-charge.
