Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade .

Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing 2mm thick Anti- Static polyvinyl choride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber base adhhesives like SR 998 or equivalent of approved quality and manufacturer i/c rolling with light wooden roller all complete as Engineer-in-charge, in approved colour and shade.

Supplying of Copper strip/ foil 40mm x 0.1mm of required length for laying bothways in floor as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Extra for providing Galvanised steel sections instead of MS section. The galvanizing shall be as per IS: 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/sqm (approximately 85 micron). The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights.
