| 1 | Labour and T&P to maintain water quality of swimming pool, 2.25 lakh gallons capacity by mixing alum, soda ash, copper sulphate, chlorine CD-999/TCCA-90 granular disinfectant of best quality as required to maintain the quality of water such as clarity, PH value 7.2 to 7.6, residual chlorine of 0.8 to 1 PPM. The contractor will be responsible for daily removing unwanted materials and cleaning of swimming pool & fungus from floor & side walls with the help of suction sweeper and nylone brush all as directed. The contractor will also be responsible to improve the environment of installation, daily cleaning and removing grass from the surrounding area of swimming pool and installation complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:-(i) Alum, soda ash, copper sulphate, chlorine TCCA-90 granular disinfectant, spa clarified & acid will measured & paid separatly.(ii) If the quality of water as mentioned above is not maintained by the contractor a penal recovery of Rs 2000/day shall be made for the same. |

| 6 | Supply only crystal bright & spa clarifier and conditioner in blue colour completely soluble in water used as flocculant for co-ogulating the small particles such as fine dust, oils, micro organism contaminants in pool water to make the pool water crystal clean all as specified and directed. |

| 14 | M&L for dewatering of complete balancing tank, removing all the dust particle, sand etc, cleaning complete inner portion of the tank including minor repair and painting of complete inner portion with water proof paint complete all as specified and directed. |
