| 7 | Note : - (i) All outdoor units must be installed/ placed in service friendly location /as per the direction of Engr-in-charge. The bidder must visit the site before bidding to ensure feasibility of location to ensure requirement of refrigerant pipes/electrical fittings. (ii) The bidder should install the AC by the auth rep of OEM and provide test certificate .(iii) The ACs should have warranty for 10 years on compressor, 05 yrs warranty on PCBs, fan motor (indoor& outdoor) & swing motor and 01 year comprehenssive warranty. In this condition the contractor has to submit the warranty certificate by the OEM/Authorised dealer before claiming the RAR.(iv) Taking down and refixing of false ceiling and wall panellling if any included in the unit rate quoted.(v) Material and labour for fixing of extra drain pipe included in the unit rate quoted |

| 12 | Supply, fix and commissioning of water cooler with inbuilt water purifier with Hot , normal & Cold water storage capacity of 4 Ltrs, 25 Ltrs and 25 Ltrs respectively of steel body (SS-304 Grade), with Ozone /UV purification and with repurification of storage tank once in atleast 08 hrs through venturi controlled microprocessor based with discharge capacity minimum 90 Ltrs per hour including making electric connection, fresh water pipe line as per the site requirment,making suitable arrangement for drain, foundation as per OEM, making good the disturbed surface and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Note for item Sr No 11 - (a) water cooler must be installed/ placed in service friendly location /as per the direction of Engr-in-charge. The bidder must visit the site before bidding to ensure feasibility of location for intallation of water cooler including making electrical connectioin, water supply connection and drain water pipe rquired lenght at site at site. (b) After completion of work the contractor shall submit water test report from Govt authorised lab of all water cooler as per OEM or as directed by Engr-in-charge.(c) The bidder shall install the water cooler by the auth rep of OEM and provide test certificate.(d) The water cooler should have warrenty for 10 year warranty on compresser, 5 year warrenty on PCB Board and 01 year comprehensive warrenty. In this condition the contractor has to submit the warrenty certificate issued by the OEM before claiming RAR. |
