| 2 | Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m depth & not exceeding 1.5m in width over energised LT cables for carrying out brick work for preparation of cable duct including for taking out and relaying of LT Cables complete all as specifed & directed |
| 3 | Supply & laying dry fine sand for cushioning of underground cable laid in trenches/duct complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Punned thickness shall be measured. |
| 4 | Supply and laying in trenches burnt brick sub class 'B' standard size for cable protection keeping width of the brick parallel to the length of the cable all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level and not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply and laying 80 mm bore light grade GI pipe fixed to walls / poles or laid in trenches, road crossing etc, for protection of under ground cable including sealing ends with hessian cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with suitable clamps, bolt/nuts etc for fixing on walls, poles etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations filling and mass Concrete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Supply and fixing of ON load change over switch 415 volts 4 pole of rating 630 amps with encloser fixed on wall/ panel including nut/bolts/washers complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for fabricated MS wall mounted bracket with angle iron of size 40 mm X40 mm X 5 mm , flat/round iron etc cutting, welding & drilling duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of black bitumin primer and including fitting material such as GI Anchor/bolts/fastner etc for fixing LT, XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Hi wall mounted, high efficient Split type, inverter type, 4 Star rating (or maximum star rating available in market) of BEE Hot & Cold conditioner of 2 TR capacity, with cooling capacity 6400 watt, and 7000 watt heating capacity confirming to latest Indian Standards and suitable for operation on 230 Volts + 10 %, single Phase, 50 Hz AC supply and cordless remote and durecell batteries unit shall comprise of separate Indoor and outdoor unit including takingdown existing split of AC any make & any size specified and as directed by EIC. |
| 12 | a. Indoor (fan coil) unit shall be Wall Mounted type comprising of Fan, Two way air discharge and 2 Row Deep DX coil with finned copper tubes duly coated with anti corrision and thermally conductive coating, T-Flow Fan unit with direct drive Motor , unit shall have proper air circulating, auto mode, auto swing, anti bacteria filtering, ventilation with remote control having Cool/Fan/Dry/Auto mode, sleep mode & on/off timer with suitable thermostat and insulated & leak proof condensate base complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. . |
| 13 | b. The outdoor (condensing unit) shall be of Corrosion resistant Galvanized powder coated or equivalent Sheet steel low vibration assembly installed on suitable vibration isolators and comprising of energy efficient hermetically sealed Rotary / Reciprocating compressor operating on R 32/ R 410a refrigerant with copper condenser coils and unit shall have proper insulated & leak proof condensate base. The units shall be installed on M.S channels, angles, flats fram welded structure of appropriate size & thicknesses duly painted with anti corrosive paint (Expoxy , welded structure and anti vibration Isolated pad complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. |
| 14 | Note: (i) 3 mtr Copper piping duly coated with anticorrision and thermally conductive coating with insulation and PVC flexible copper cable of suitable size as per OEM shall be deemed including in coated rate and if more than 3 mtr copper piping is required shall be measured and paid seperatly. (ii) Contractor shall be submitted comprehensive Warranty of Split AC unit is 2 Years, Compressor is 10 Years and PCB/controller is 5 Years during RAR/Bill to EIC (iii) The units shall be installed on MS angle iron frame welded structure (measured and separate item) with duly with anti-corrosive paint (Expoxy) and anti vibration Isolated pad or as directed by EIC.
