Having examined the tender documents consisting of Notice Inviting Tender, SIT, SCC, General Conditions of Contract, Scope of Work regarding various jobs, Time schedule, Unpriced SOR-Part II etc. and having thoroughly studied the requirement of Indian Oil Corporal Limited realtive to the work tendered for and having conducted a thorough study of jobsite(s) involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions, labour, power, water etc. including office accomodation, transport & all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the terms and conditions and within time mentioned in the tender document, I/We hereby agree to execute the subject work at mentioned (in this BoQ) % below / at par / % above the rates specified in the enclosed Schedule of Rate-Part II.
