M CAPACITYGeneral Fabrication on four wheel chassis with factory installed cabin. The Auto Tipper with twin compartment should be capable the garbage from the door to door having capacity minimum 0.90 cum each compartment. The both hopper should be hinged on two nos. of arm to capable the hi-rise dependent tipping. It Hopper having following specifications.• Make: Ashok Leyland • GVW: 1600 Kgs or Higher • Cylinder: 3 Cylinder Diesel Engine • Torque: 110 Nm@1000-2400 rpm• Fuel Type: Diesel• Engine Power: 45 HP @ 3300 rpm• Emission Norm: BS-VIHydraulically operated tipping arrangementa) Main Frame should be box type, made of steel tube ISMC80x40/75x40mm Pipe section mounted on vehicle chassis through rolled steel channel sub-frame.b) Body should be made of should 2mm thick MS sheet.c) Tipping Ram: Two nos. of single acting type tipping cylinder having capacity of 1.2 tone. The ram to have removable glands easy dismantling and hard chrome plated rods.d) Boom Arm: Two heavy duty boom, having centers match the hopper body size, for maximum workability of boom arm. These boom should be of box type construction made of 3 mm thick tube 80 x 40. The arm should be connected at the top through cross structure.Control Valve:Two Spool type direction valve is to be provided for all operation with levers easily for easy & comfortable operation. Spools should be self-cantering type. A pressure relief valve is to be provided to safeguard the hydraulic circuit and to prevent excess loading. Provision for safety when loading and unloading of the garbage and unloading of the garbage collection container. Hydraulically Pump:Hydraulically pump should be coupled with the vehicle PTO/Vehicle engines capable to lift the 2.0ton garbage.Public Addressing SystemOne Nos. of public addressing system should be to play the audio of slogan during door to door garbage collection. Painting: All members of the hydraulically operated mechanism shall be first cleaned either by appropriate shot blast method, at wo coat primer, and finally two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color and make, as per purchaser.
