| 2 | Lump sum price worked out by the contractor against Schedule ‘A’ Part- I for the following works:- |
| 3 | Supply and fixing and commissioning and operation & maint of electro-mechanical composter with daily waste processing capacity of 200 Kg per day with inbuilt food waste shredder . The job comprises of the following :-(a) Supply and Installation of Fully automatic Organic electro-mechanical composter with daily waste processing capacity of 200 Kg per day. The outer body should be SS 202 grade and composting tank and shredder of machine should be made from SS 304 grade stainless steel. (b) The composting, mixing curing and composting should be automatic after the garbage is fed to the machine.(c) The composter should incorporate advanced technology for effective odour control during the composting process. (d) Provision of Shed of size 6mX3mX3m size. Sch attached as appx 'A' .(e) The machine should be mounted and fitted/ anchored on levelled 100 mm PCC flooring (1:2:4) over 100 mm PCC sub base (1:3:6) over 100 mm hardcore. Size of PCC base should be 50cm extra from all around of machine. Sch attached as appx 'B' |
| 4 | All as per item No 1.01 here-in-before but daily waste processing capacity of 100 Kg per day.Make: ECOPOLLUTECH ENGINEERS (Model No: Organic waste composting system 100 Kg/Day) or equivalent Shall be approved by GE. |
| 5 | Notes for item No. 1.01 & 1.02:-(a) The rate includes internal water supply mains, bib taps, angular stop cocks etc as required., for the cleaning purpose and drainage for waste water. Sch att at Appx 'C'(b) The rate includes external and internal E/M & external water supply services for the running of machine such as three phase connection, sub main wiring, distribution boxes with MCBs. Sch att as Apppx 'D'(c) The rate includes the supply of saw dust, microbic media and manning and operations of the machinery upto defect liability period (24 months).(d) The rate includes the necessary fittings/ fixtures such as nut bolts, gusset plates, running welding for the covered shed and electrical fittings such as conduit pipes, manpower for the installation, loading and unloading of machinery.(e) All MS parts of the machinery exposed surfaces and covered shed should be painted with anti-corrosive epoxy primer and 2 coats of epoxy paint.(f) All MS parts of the covered shed should be painted with synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer.(g) The rate includes drainage system, rain water pipes for the disposal of rain water.(h) The rate includes earthing, submain wiring, 5 Amp/15 Amp sockets and point wiring for each machine. |
