Outsourcing services for comprehensive maint of 1 (One) No. OTIS make electric passenger lift of capacity 408 Kg/06 passenger lift of speed 0.7 m/sec with collective selective control AC variable voltage variable frequency drive electric door drive stainless steel door and car enclosure for operation from ground floor to 5th floor (five opening) complete including replacement of all the spare parts including cleaning of door, lift cabin, inspection cabin etc for smooth operation to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) The maint should be got carried out through the original manufacturer as per the maint contract format enclosed of tender documents.(ii) Unless otherwise specified ,all the spares required for replacement shall be procured from OTIS and fixed by the company’s technical tradesmen.(iii) It will be obligatory on the part of the contractor to enter into an agreement with OTIS for annual maint with in 15 days of conclusion of contract and a signed copy of the agreement will be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge and GE.

Supply only for power contractor 20A AC/DC control 3 phase 415 volt 20A D model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for auto control transformer input 440V and output capacity 12V, 110V,220V, 440 volt suitable for OTIS make lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of PCB DO cord suitable for OTIS make lift 408 Kg/6 pers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of PR relay suitable for OTIS make lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only door sensor suitable for OTIS make lift complete all as specified and directed.
